General Booking Terms and Conditions

Payment

Booking deposit

To confirm the booking, 50% of the total amount must be paid by bank transfer. The booking will not be confirmed until the corresponding proof of payment has been received.

Remaining balance

The remaining 50% must be paid by bank transfer no later than 7 days before check-in (or on arrival).

Security deposit

Amount

A €300 security deposit is required by bank transfer before check-in.

Refund

The security deposit will be refunded by bank transfer within a maximum of 48 to 72 business hours after departure, once the condition of the villa has been checked.

Withholding

Part or all of the security deposit may be withheld for damage, extraordinary cleaning requirements such as rubbish left behind, breach of the no-smoking rule indoors or breach of the strict no-parties rule.

Cancellation policy

• More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund of the booking deposit.
• Between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 50% refund of the booking deposit.
• Less than 15 days before arrival: the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Key rules and guest registration

Events

Parties and events are strictly prohibited, as is loud music after 10:00 p.m.

Traveller registration

In compliance with legal requirements, all guests over 14 years of age must send a photograph of their national identity card or passport before arrival.
